Option B:
S$38/day for single person
S$45/day for 2 persons
Additional furnished with:-
1) Without Aircon ( Only Ceiling fan )
Add : 1 time cleaning services $15 – $20.00

Deposit $80.00 – $150.00 depending on length of stay
( Deposit will be refund upon departure )

Term & Conditions:-
a) Strictly for NO smoking, NO pets, NO cook, NO friends allow to walk in & basic house rules applied
b) For all kind of people with civic-minded and tidy tenants only
c) Free once a week laundry for above 1 week rent
d) 5% further discount for 2 weeks Rent or above.
10% Discount for above 1 month rent.
e ) 2x Housekeeping services for rental above 2 weeks rent.

Rental includes : Share Bathroom, Water Heater , Free Wireless Wifi , Refrigerator storage for cold drinks, Free Coffee & Tea.

Extra Payment : Washing machines ( $3.00 ) , Use of the In-house Computer System – $1.20 – 2 hrs , Fax / B & W Printing Service ($0.50 ) per piece,
