Position: Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

You will conduct Direct or Telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs. Your responsibilities include the cross selling of Consumer Banking products and delivering prompt, efficient and quality service to customers.
Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed targets in the relevant Banking products, through Events or telesales calls.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, and provide continuous feedback on how to better improve Ideal Communication’s quality of sales and productivity standards.

Requirements:

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SINGAPORE
Relevant Direct Sales or Telesales experience with a proven sales track record
Good knowledge in Financial and Banking Products
Results-driven and self-motivated individual
Team player with initiative and assertiveness
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
‘O’/'A’ Levels/Diploma/degree holder are welcome to apply.
