Helpdesk Specialist
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:

1) IT Helpdesk Support experience or desktop support experience with good communication skill

2) Handling incoming calls and perform 1st Level of Support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports

3) Possess at least a Diploma in IT or relevant field

4) Able to communicate well, both written and spoken. Bilingual is preferred

HelpDesk Specialist

1) Possess at least a Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered

2) Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well.

3) This person has to be professional, tactful and meticulous

4) Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting

5) Experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment

6) Knowledge of MS Office, Open Office applications and off-the-shelve applications

7) Able to work under pressure and multi-task

HelpDesk Specialist

1) Fresh Graduates preferred but those with some experience ( e.g technical helpdesk ) can also be considered

2) Should have some knowledge on network skills (can be from poly studies)

HelpDesk Specialist

1) 1 year of IT Helpdesk Support experience OR candidates just graduated with good communication skill.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support, IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
