Position: Executive/ Team Lead – Travel/Concierge Services

Our client is well known Banking and Financial Institution. To serve their premium customers , they are expanding their Travel and related services client servicing team in Asia.

Candidate Profile:

3-7 years experience in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry. Candidates with more experience and people management skills will be considered for

Lead role.

Must be customer-centric with ability to manage requests from high-profile customers.
Good telephone etiquettes,excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiar with Galileo GDS or any other similar system.
Should be able to work in rotating shifts.
