Job Requirements

Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience
Fresh Graduate with Internship experience is welcome to apply
Knowledge of handling full sets of AR or AP accounts will be an added advantage
Good working attitude & able to work late when required

Responsibilities

Handle Accounts Receivables
Update incoming receipts
Calling and monitoring customers’ overdue accounts
Issuing of reminder letters to customers
Issuing of invoices and credit notes
All other accounting and administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

At least A levels in Accountancy / Diploma in Accountancy
Min 2 years relevant experience
Must be familiar with MYOB application & full accounting practice.
Self-motivated, independent, results-oriented,strong initiative,quiet personality, focused in his/her work
Capable to work under pressure and minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent phone and personal manner
Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
